FLAVOR

I have traveled nine continents in search of unique, intense flavors. I catalog and grind them into teas, medicines, recipes and extracts. The spectacular blends are combined with honey from my own apiary to make delicious liqueurs for my personal enjoyment.

For those who enjoyed my OHO brand of herbs, spices, teas and liqueurs, I sold the company in 2019, but still enjoy blending my own private reserve.

Twenty years ago I partnered with an award winning videographer/ nature photographer and a television presenter and built a mini media empire. When they were desperate for b-roll, they let me shoot some film and photograph. Since that time, I have been very serious about traveling with 4 lbs of personal gear and 22 lbs of camera equipment. I like using post-production effects to uncover the parts of the photograph that are invisible to our eye, but exposed under the digital layers of the image.
